For these openings, we are looking for people with a strong background in developmental psychology who are talented in working with infants and young children. The Center for Developmental Cognitive Neuroscience is devoted to interdisciplinary research on the development and neural bases of higher cognitive functions. Researchers in the Center come from backgrounds in neuroscience, developmental psychology, cognitive science, molecular genetics, and animal behavior. Some are involved in basic research; others do more applied research. The focus of the projects for which we are currently hiring is working memory, selective attention, and executive function.
