Voula Tsouna is associate professor at the Philosophy Department of the
University of California, Santa Barbara. She is the author of The
Epistemology of the Cyrenaic School (Cambridge, 1998) and editor of
Philodemus' On Things to be Chosen and Avoided (Naples, 1995). She is
working on Hellenistic ethics, philosophy of mind and epistemology
especially of the Epicurean and Cyrenaic schools.
