SYMPOSIA
A symposium consists of 3 presentations and a discussant. We have set
up a Facebook page for potential symposium participants to find each

Deadline for symposium proposals: September 17, 2012. Notifications of
acceptance will be sent out by October 1 at the latest. We have
limited slots for symposia, and participants of submitted symposia
that cannot be included in the program are welcome to resubmit their
presentation for the poster sessions.
POSTERS
There are two deadlines for poster abstracts:
- Early deadline for those who need an early decision to apply for
funding: July 2, 2012. Notification of acceptance: July 23, 2012.
- Standard deadline: October 15, 2012. Notification of acceptance:
October 29, 2012
REGISTRATION FEE:
Early fee (before November 15, 2012):
Regular: EUR 135
Student: EUR 95
Standard fee (after November 15, 2012):
Regular: EUR 160
Student: EUR 120
TIME & DATE:
The meeting begins at 1 PM on Thursday, January 10th, and ends in the
evening on Saturday, January 12th. Conference attendance is limited
and there will be no parallel sessions.
