Dear all,
We would like to remind you that the following talk by Balázs Aczél and
Márton Kovács, organized as part of the ELTE Cognitive Seminar series will
be held* today at 15:00 *(CET)!
*Time and date:* 15:00 (CET), Tuesday, 08. 03. 2022.
*Speaker:* Balázs Aczél & Márton Kovács (Metascience Lab, ELTE)
*Title:* Tools and practices to promote open and efficient science
*Abstract:* In this talk, I’ll introduce three new tools that
aim to improve the efficiency of researchers’ work and the accumulation of
knowledge. I’ll argue that minimizing extra workload and increasing the
ease of use have key importance at the introduction of new
research practices. The tools that I’ll share are (1) The Transparency
Checklist

a solution to simplify the CRediT-based documentation and reporting the
contributions to scholarly articles; and (3) the Multi-analyst guidance
