All submissions must be in triplicate and conform to the length limitations listed below (references, tables, etc. may be appended). To facilitate blind review, please include a cover sheet indicating: a) title; b) author's name and affiliation; c) author's address and phone number; d) audio/visual needs. ALL SUBMISSIONS MUST BE POSTMARKED BY January 25, 2000. PAPERS: Submit a completed paper (7-8 double-spaced pages plus short abstract), or a 500-700 word abstract plus bibliography. POSTERS: Submit an abstract. SYMPOSIA: Submit an abstract (250 words) describing the symposium as a whole and an abstract (500 words each) from each of the participants.
