We would be happy to see as many of you as possible here in Cluj-Napoca, therefore we kindly encourage you to submit an Abstract through our online platform until the 1st of March. The submission process is detailed below: 1: go to 2: Create an account (on the Log-in form that is located on the right side of the homepage) 3: After creating your account, go to “Submission guidelines” and review the contents of this section. 4: Click on the “Submit new abstract” button on the top right corner of the “Submission guidelines” wizard. 5: Complete the relevant fields in this window and press submit – on the bottom of this page. 6: An automated message will be sent to the submitter e-mail (if you do not receive this message, before contacting us, check your spam folder also) 7: You will receive a Decision on your abstract by the 7th of March 2018.
