A panel of distinguished plenary speakers and invited symposia will address the program theme, Biology And Knowledge Revisited: From Embryogenesis To Psychogenesis,which explores the mutual implications of evolution and development. Plenary speakers Terrance Deacon, V. S. Ramachadran and Annette Karmiloff-Smith will address the constructive nature of brain development and evolution and Daniel Slobin and Elizabeth Bates will speak on the evolution and acquisition of languages.
