The three-day meeting will be hosted jointly by Valeria Csepe and Zoltan Vidnyanszky of the Brain Imaging Centre of Research Centre of
Natural Sciences and of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences. The meeting will feature a number of stimulating keynote speakers and symposia. These will include the very first BACN prize lectures:
- BACN Mid-career award lecture by Prof Masud Husain (Oxford)
- BACN Early-Career Prize Lecture Dr Parashkev Nachev (UCL).
With this email, I would like to invite abstracts for oral and poster presentations.
If your would like to present at the meeting, please submit an abstract using the linked Google Form (http://goo.gl/forms/KUeRtjMdoA).
If you have any questions, please email Martin Edwards (Martin.Edwards@uclouvain.be).
The deadline for abstract submissions is 16th May 2016.
We will aim to confirm a first draft of the programme by the end of May, allowing good time for making travel arrangements. Note that there are many flights to Budapest by RyanAir and EasyJet, and the hotel prices are very affordable. We also aim to keep any
conference fees to a minimum.
Further details about the meeting can be found at the association's website: http://bacn.co.uk/meetings.html.
Student bursaries are available to members (or member applicants) through the abstract submission form (deadline 16th May 2016).
I would be very grateful if you could circulate the call widely to your colleagues.
I very much hope to see you at the meeting.
Yours Sincerely
Martin Edwards
(BACN Secretary)
