SYMPOSIA

A symposium consists of 3 presentations and a discussant or 4 presentations. We have set up a Facebook page for potential symposium participants to find each other. See BCCCD13 symposium finder.

Deadline for symposium proposals: September 17, 2012. Notifications of acceptance will be sent out by October 1 at the latest. We have limited slots for symposia, and participants of submitted symposia that cannot be included in the program are welcome to resubmit their presentation for the poster sessions.

 

POSTERS

- Standard deadline: October 15, 2012. Notification of acceptance: October 29, 2012

 

REGISTRATION

Registration for the conference will open on September 15. Deadline for Early Bird is November 15.

 

The meeting will begin at 1 PM on Thursday, January 10th, and ends in the evening on Saturday, January 12th. Conference attendance will be limited and there will be no parallel sessions.
