Dear All,
I am sending attached an updated and now final program for the upcoming WIP session on Thursday - the only notable change is that we switched Session 2 & 1 to leave enough time in the morning for our guest presenters arriving from outside of Budapest.
I would like to ask presenters to either
-
share their final presentations in advance with me so that I can upload them on the room computer,
-
or bring the presentation on Thursday and upload it before we start the morning session or in the break before they are scheduled to present.
I would like to kindly note that you will not be able to present from your own computer as switching the tech setup would take too much time.
Please let me know if you have any questions, see you on Thursday,
Zsofia
